Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that are not made within 24 hours of your expected appointment time will be subject to 50% of the service booked. *No-shows will result in 100% of the service being charged* My goal is to provide the best service to all of my clients so I kindly ask that you respect my time and all of my clients. With that being said, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late it will be considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit. All services are non-refundable.
